International Agricultural Industry Exhibition to Showcase Innovations and Opportunities

From July 3 to 5, 2024, Kazan will host the AGROVOLGA International Agricultural Industry Exhibition, a significant event for Russia’s agriculture sector. Held at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Center, AGROVOLGA will feature a large-scale exhibition, a business forum, and 48 hectares of demo fields within walking distance. Over 400 companies and around 15,000 industry specialists and executives are expected to attend.

The extensive exposition will cover various areas of agriculture, including agricultural machinery and parts, crop production, livestock, digitalization, storage, processing, packaging, and agricultural construction. The event will highlight the latest developments from both domestic and international companies.

Key participants include strategic partner “August,” a leading producer of plant protection products, which will present a new plant for manufacturing grain bags and film materials. The chemical complex “Ammonium” will introduce its new liquid fertilizer KAS-32, an efficient plant nutrition solution. “PhosAgro-Region” will showcase a range of modern mineral fertilizers and plant nutrition technologies adaptable to various regions of Russia.

RMH RUS will display its “Feed Center” technology, optimizing feed consumption through professional software, improved feed mix quality, and efficient stock management. Additionally, Rosselkhozbank will offer consultations on preferential lending programs and support measures for rural housing and development.

This year’s exhibition will also feature first-time participants such as TAIF Group, SIBUR, Tatneft-AZS Center, and Sberbank. International companies from Belarus, Turkey, China, and Iran will present their innovations, including irrigation systems, processing and packaging equipment, and advanced agricultural machinery.

The outdoor exhibit will showcase over 150 units of agricultural machinery and equipment from leading manufacturers like Rostselmash, Kirovets, and BryanskSelmash, alongside international brands such as ROPA, Deutz-Fahr KRONE, GASPARDO, DIECI, SCOUT, Teagle Tomahawk, FPM Agromehanika, and Zoomlion.

The exhibition will also feature a section dedicated to livestock, with modern equipment and technology for livestock farms, breeding material, feeds, veterinary products, and hygiene solutions. EcoNiva, a major sponsor, will launch a consulting service for sales of Holstein heifers, enhancing farm management and profitability.

Key events include the third Republican Dairy Cattle Show “KRASA AGROVOLGA” and the first International Cattle Hoof Trimming Tournament, with participants from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Bolivia, and Cuba competing for a prize fund of one million rubles. Additionally, the Republican Championship in Professional Driving on Gas-Powered Tractors “MTZ-SHOW” will be held.

The new Made in Tatarstan block will highlight the region’s agricultural and scientific-technical potential. Business events will discuss critical topics such as food security, digital trends, agroinsurance, modernization, and the use of gas motor fuel in agriculture.

PhosAgro-Region will present soil agrochemical survey services and advocate for choosing domestic seed varieties. Roundtable discussions will cover trade relations between Russia and Iran in the agricultural sector.
