The MSP for wheat this season is set at ₹2,600 per quintal, which includes a base MSP of ₹2,425 and an additional bonus of ₹175 provided by the state government.
Across Madhya Pradesh, around 1 million farmers have registered for wheat procurement under the MSP scheme. In the Indore division, district-wise registration figures are as follows:
- Burhanpur: 160 farmers
- Khargone: 4,305 farmers
- Barwani: 577 farmers
- Alirajpur: 85 farmers
- Khandwa: 11,560 farmers
- Dhar: 20,647 farmers
- Jhabua: 3,934 farmers
- Indore: 31,694 farmers
