Lindsay Corporation Unveils RoadConnect and Light Guard Pulse to Revolutionize Asset Monitoring

This week, Lindsay Corporation made a significant impact at the 2024 Street & Area Lighting Conference in Atlanta, where Arun Kesavan, Senior Director of Product Development, and Juan M., Business Development Manager for RoadConnect, represented the company. The conference attracted a diverse group of attendees from utilities, municipalities, departments of transportation (DOTs), consulting firms, and engineering companies, highlighting the importance of innovation in infrastructure management.

At this prominent event, Lindsay Corporation showcased two of its newest technological solutions: RoadConnect and Light Guard Pulse. RoadConnect is a remote roadside asset management platform that allows users to monitor critical road and highway assets remotely. This innovative solution covers various infrastructure components, including crash cushions, guardrails, end terminals, utility poles, and bridge structures. By utilizing RoadConnect, municipalities and utility companies can enhance their asset management processes, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall road safety.

Complementing RoadConnect, Light Guard Pulse is a state-of-the-art monitoring and control solution that integrates seamlessly within the RoadConnect platform. This technology enables the remote management of lighting systems, offering utilities and municipalities the ability to optimize lighting efficiency and ensure reliable illumination in public spaces. The combination of these two solutions represents a significant step forward in the field of smart infrastructure, aligning with the growing demand for advanced technologies that enhance safety and operational efficiency.

The presentations by Arun and Juan underscored Lindsay Corporation’s commitment to innovation and excellence in infrastructure management. By introducing these advanced monitoring solutions, the company is positioning itself as a leader in the industry, addressing the evolving needs of infrastructure management in an increasingly digital world.
